目的 比较有氧运动联合抗阻训练(combined training,CT)与单纯有氧运动(aerobic training,AT)改善2型糖尿病患者血糖控制和并发症危险因素的效果.方法 检索PubMed、EMBASE 等资源,收集比较CT与AT应用于2型糖尿病患者的效果的随机对照实验,以RevMan5.1软件进行统计处理.结果 纳入文献6篇.CT在控制血糖、减少腹部脂肪、改善血脂方面的作用优于AT,两者对血压的影响差异无统计学意义.结论 CT对2型糖尿病患者的干预效果优于AT。
