体育运动对视力影响的Meta分析

目的 系统评价体育运动对儿童青少年动态视力和静态视力的影响效果.方法 计算机检索CNKI、WanFang Data、CQVIP、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science数据库,搜集有关体育运动对学生视力健康干预的实验研究,检索时限均从建库至2021年4月.应用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具以及Stata16.0软件对纳入的文献进行方法学质量评价和统计分析.结果 共纳入30项研究,包括实验组1151例,对照组1152例.Meta分析结果显示,体育运动与对照组相比动态视力的改善具有统计学意义[WMD=0.16,95%CI(0.14,0.18),p<0.0...
