目的评价体力活动与乳腺癌患者预后的关系。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、美国指南网、PubMed、Ovid、RANO、Google学术、中国生物医学文献服务系统(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)以及万方数据资源系统中关于体力活动对乳腺癌患者预后的队列研究、病例对照研究,同时筛检纳入文献的参考文献。由2名研究者对文献质量进行评鉴,对纳入研究使用RevMan5.0进行Meta分析。结果纳入9篇文献,均为队列研究,共计25 163例乳腺癌患者。Meta分析显示,乳腺癌确诊前进行体力活动可降低全因死亡率[PHR=0.78,95%CI(0.71,0.86),P<0.01],...
