中国儿童青少年身体活动指南

本指南一方面可供中小学生及其家长和老师、儿科医护工作者以及其他关注儿童青少年健康领域的工作者,在开展儿童青少年身体活动时参考借鉴;另一方面,希望能提升社会各界对儿童青少年身体活动的关注,家庭层面提供更多身体活动机会,学校层面开展更多身体活动项目,社区层面提供更多身体活动的场所及竞赛活动,学术层面开展更多针对我国儿童青少年身体活动的科学研究,政府层面制定和完善促进儿童青少年身体活动的相关政策举措,各界合力促进儿童青少年良好身体活动习惯的养成,全面提升儿童青少年体质健康水平。
